What we do

Combil Solutions develops roaming software solutions to support the business operations of GSM operators, content providers and Internet companies. In addition to roaming software, Combil provides customized solutions that enable service providers to meet their customers' needs, reduce their operating expenses and incorporate evolving technologies into their own range of services.

Combil is a Dutch company with software development and support in Moscow, Russia. Moscow is an emerging international technology hub; this region has a well-developed telecom market and a vast resource pool of highly educated and affordable software developers. Our clients are several European GSM providers and MACH - the leading Data Clearing House.

Management

Alex Ladage, (Chairman and Partner)

Alex Ladage, after completing his BA in Business Economics at the Erasmus University Rotterdam has specialized in finance and telecommunications. Mr. Ladage held the position of Financial Director at Mobile Digital Communications (MDC), a Swiss-Belarus JV, which is the preeminent GSM network in Belarus. Before joining MDC, Mr. Ladage worked a Financial Director at ABB Lummus and held other executive positions.

Alexander Malakhov, (Partner)

Alexander Malakhov has a background in both wireless telecommunications and software development. Prior to joining Combil, Mr. Malakhov was the Telecom Operational Consultant for Mobile Digital Communications in Belarus. Previous to this, Mr. Malakhov was Senior Billing Consultant in Iceland at the TAL Icelandic Mobile Telephone Company and Project Manager at Protek/Flagship, managing Billing & Customer Care implementation for wireless companies in Russia, Uzbekistan, Kyrgystan and delivering on-site project management and operational consulting for wireless companies in Russia, Europe and Africa. Alexander Malakhov received a B.S. in Computer Science from the Moscow Transport University.

Andrey Schokin, (Chief Technical Officer)

Andrey Schokin has an extensive background in telecom/IT development. Prior to joining Combil, Mr. Schokin was Software Consultant at Konkom Telecom. Previous to this posting, Mr. Schokin was a Software Engineer at TIM, Ltd. and Senior Billing Software Manager at UralTel. Andrey Schokin received a degree in engineering from the Ural State University
